Active Research/Highlights

The Division of Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility has been a member of the Contraceptive Clinical Trials Network (CCTN) since 1995, under Michael Thomas, MD, principal investigator. The CCTN consists of 19 institutions that are involved in the development and conduct of clinical trials for new contraceptive technologies.

Also within the department, the Division of Gynecologic Oncology has held parent Institution membership status in the Gynecologic Oncology Group (GOG) since 1985. The division offers clinical trials specifically focused on the advancement of clinical practice, drug development and basic science for gynecologic cancers.
