Neurology & Rehabilitation Medicine 


The fellow will spend most of his clinical time with our neuro-immunology/MS specialist.  The fellow will also spend time in clinic with sub-specialists including neuro-urology, neuro-ophthalmology, physical medicine and rehabilitation and pediatric demyelinating disease.

Our division also holds a monthly journal club with our physician faculty, nurse practitioner, rotating residents and ancillary staff.   The fellow is expected to present at least every other month.  There is also a “Case Conference” series to discuss difficult cases seen in our clinics.  Departmental Grand Rounds every Wednesday at 8AM.  Topics include the whole variety of neurologic topics, including ethics.  The fellow may be asked to lecture to residents during the academic year as well.  Attendance at national conferences is encouraged as well (American Academy of Neurology and the Consortium of MS Centers (CMSC)). When feasible, sponsorship is sought for these activities utilizing educational funds and/or donations.  Fellows are encouraged to submit abstracts for poster or platform presentation at these meetings.
